» Are exam vouchers and learning materials included?

Yes! Our affordable pricing model provides everything your team needs to succeed within the training program, including exam vouchers, access to our custom learning portal, diverse and interactive training content, simulated labs, practice tests, communication tools, and more.

» How is training delivered?

Your team will learn from an experienced IT training team and receive access to an engaging online classroom with a live virtual instructor and after-hours tutor. Both daytime and evening courses are available depending on the course. If more flexibility is needed, a self-paced learning format is also available – including optional tutoring and support! 

» Is student performance actively monitored?

Yes! Progress and attendance reports can be made available to participating employers, so that you may remain informed and updated about your employees’ progress. Once your employee has met their learning milestones, they will receive an exam voucher and schedule their certification exam, which is conveniently proctored remotely by a third-party.

Employees earn college credits while learning!

In partnership with Indiana Tech, your employees may receive up to 21 hours of transfer credit into an Indiana Tech degree program — as well as 20% scholarship for tuition at Indiana Tech.

Other available student benefits include innovative learning materials and one-on-one support from an experienced IT trainer and tutor.

Does your organization qualify for
free IT certification training

Through a partner non-profit organization, JobWorks Education & Training is now inviting employers to determine their eligibility for grant-funded IT training that may cover up to 100% of all course fees and tuition for your employees – including training tuition, certification exam vouchers, learning materials and virtual platform access, tutoring, and more for your employees.

Highlighted eligibility criteria for funding may include: 

  • Located in Philadelphia or train employees that reside there 

  • In operation for at least one year 

  • Have had no layoffs within 120 days to relocate to Pennsylvania from another state 

  • Be current on all tax obligations and in good financial standing
