The JobWorks Education and Training team helps students connect to in-demand technology careers, through innovative, virtual bootcamps. As the training division of JobWorks, Inc., we rely on nearly 40 years of experience to assist our employer partners locate talented staff while positively impacting the lives of our students.

Meet the Team!

  • Beth Baylor is a Recruiter and Career and Mindset Coach for our tech boot camps. Beth has been with JobWorks since 2015 and has more than 10 years of experience preparing students and job seekers for employment.

  • Benzi has several IT certifications and enjoys contributing to the growth and advancement of his students as an IT instructor. Benzi is an alumnus of TechWorks and has dedicated himself to supporting adults in their pursuit of prosperous, long-term technology careers.

  • Mario DeSean Booker, Ph.D., is a minister, community advocate, and college professor. He is a native of Flint, Mich., and specializes in cybersecurity and digital forensics. Mario holds IT degrees from ITT, American Business and Technology, Northcentral University, and University of Cumberlands.

  • John Casella leads the JobWorks Education and Training division and has been with the organization since 2015. He is responsible for ensuring high-quality products, financial sustainability, and the continued growth and evolution of the division.

  • Taniola Jones supports students to obtain industry-standard certifications as a professional IT Trainer. She has more than 15 years of customer service experience with three of them being in IT and also possesses multiple technology certifications herself.

  • Mataia is a frontend developer and IT specialist who is passionate about taking something that seems impossible and breaking it down into obtainable goals -making what seemed impossible possible.

  • Eric Morales is an IT entrepreneur, technologist, and technical educator. Eric has been part of the team since 2019 and has helped students of all backgrounds harness their IT passions, build marketable tech skills, and launch their technology careers.

  • Donna Morgan is a CompTIA A+ certified trainer with multiple Information Technology certifications and more than 4 years of experience with TechWorks, which is a uniquely authentic tech boot camp.

  • Symone Smith supports our tech boot camps in a student-facing and administrative capacity as a Program Operations Specialist. Symone has several technology certifications and more than 4 years of experience working in the Information Technology and Customer Service fields.
